Led by Deborah Wilder, we offer workplace consultancy and strategy, workplace wellbeing, and mentoring. We're specialists in helping businesses deliver an exemplary workplace experience and culture while achieving significant cost savings through efficiencies in office space utilisation. Our focus is on what people need in order to be successful at work. If your people are happy and healthy then they are significantly more likely to be engaged, motivated, creative, and productive.
We have an associate network who work with us on projects which require specialist skills such as: office design; diversity, equity & inclusion; ergonomics; executive coaching. We are based in Bath and work with businesses and co-working providers across the UK, all sizes and sectors.
Deborah balances this team and organisation wide approach by offering one to one mentoring to those in the early stages of their career and to university students. This includes specialist mentoring for mental health, autism and neurodiversity.
